Ordering

Every order gets a confirmation with an order number. Prices include VAT and are shown before you pay.

Standard delivery arrives in 1–3 working days and is free over €50. Pickup in store is always free.

You can return unused items within 30 days. We refund to the original payment method within 5 working days.

All products carry the legal warranty. Contact us first and we arrange a repair, replacement or refund.
