How do I get found on Google?
Your business page is built to be indexed: clean page titles, descriptions, a sitemap and city and trade pages in our Discover directory. Nothing extra to configure — it happens the moment you publish.
What are the €15 of Google ads in the Pro plan?
Pro includes €15 of real Google Search ad budget every month. We write the ad, pick the search terms, set the daily budget and keep it inside the €15 — you approve it before it goes live. The monthly budget does not roll over to the next month.
Can I advertise with a bigger budget?
Yes. The managed advertising add-on adds more monthly ad budget on top of your plan, in the same dashboard with the same approval step and budget guard.
Can I sell printed products without holding stock?
Yes. Pick a poster, canvas, t-shirt, hoodie, mug, tote or sticker from the print catalogue, upload your artwork and publish it. When a customer orders, the print partner produces and ships it for you — you never buy stock in advance.
Who handles printing and shipping?
Our print partner does. Paid orders are sent to production automatically, and the production status plus the tracking number appear in your order overview.
What artwork do I need for print products?
A PNG or JPEG file. In the design studio you position, scale and rotate it on the product and see a live preview before you publish.
What does print on demand cost me?
There is no extra subscription. You pay the print and shipping cost per order, and you set your own selling price — the difference is your margin.
How fast are print orders delivered?
Most products are produced within 1 to 3 working days and then shipped from the production location closest to your customer. At checkout your customer sees a live delivery estimate for their country.
Can I sell printed products and services in the same account?
Yes. Bookings, payment links and your print shop live in one dashboard, one payout account and one business page.
Who is my customer's contact for a print order?
You are. The order, invoice and any messages stay under your business name — the print partner only handles production and shipping in the background.
Can I try print-on-demand before signing up?
Yes. The live demo has a full print walkthrough that runs in your browser only — no account, no payment and nothing is saved.
Do I need a website to use Nosweb?
No. You can use Nosweb only for appointments, only for payment links, or for both. A business page is created for you automatically if you want one.
How do deposits work?
Per service you choose no deposit, a fixed amount, a percentage or full payment. The appointment is only confirmed once the payment succeeds.
Can I use it next to my existing website?
Yes. Add a booking link, a payment button or a QR code to the website you already have — nothing else needs to change.
How long does setup take?
Most businesses are ready in 5 to 10 minutes. You describe your business, confirm your prices and hours, and you're live.
Which countries and currencies are supported?
Nosweb is built for Europe first and works worldwide. Your country sets your currency, language, date format and time zone automatically.
How do I get my money?
Payments go to your own connected payout account. You keep the overview of every payment, deposit and remaining balance in your dashboard.
What does Nosweb cost?
Plans start at €9 per month (about $9.99 in the US). You can change or cancel your plan at any time from your billing settings.
Can I connect my own domain?
Yes. Every business gets a free nosweb.net/yourname page address, and you can connect or register your own domain whenever you want.
Can I export my data?
Always. Customers, invoices and revenue reports can be exported as PDF, Excel or CSV, per document or per period.
Do you support more than one language?
The platform is available in English, Dutch, Spanish and Papiamentu, and your business page can be published multilingually.
