Payment links

Send a link, get paid

For a remaining balance, a custom order or something you agreed by phone: create a link or QR code and the money lands on your account.

Who it is for

For market stalls, custom work, phone orders and every amount that does not fit a fixed price list.

Market stall

A printed QR code on the table lets customers pay without cash or a card terminal.

Custom order

Agree a price by phone, send the link, and start once the payment comes through.

Remaining balance

Request what is still open on a booking or order without retyping the amount.

Ready in seconds

Amount, description, done. Share by WhatsApp, e-mail or as a printed QR code.

Perfect for markets

Put the QR code on your stall so customers pay without cash or a card terminal.

Balances in one click

Request the remaining amount of an order or booking without typing it again.

Always traceable

Each link shows whether it was opened, paid or expired.

What you get

  • A link with amount, description and your business name
  • A QR code you can print or show on screen
  • One-off links or reusable links for a fixed price
  • Status per link: opened, paid, expired
  • Balance links generated straight from a booking or order
  • Payments landing in the same overview as everything else

How it works

  1. 01

Create a link with an amount and description.

  2. 02

Share the link or QR code.

  3. 03

The payment appears in your overview.

Good to know

A payout account is required

Like every payment on Nosweb, links need a connected and verified payout account.

Links can expire

Set an expiry so an old amount cannot be paid weeks later by mistake.

One-off links close after payment

A one-off link stops working once it is paid, so the same amount is never collected twice.

Questions about payment links

Do I need a website for this?

No. A payment link works completely on its own.

Can a link be used more than once?

You choose: one-off for a specific customer, or reusable for a fixed price.

How do customers pay?

With the methods you enabled — card, iDEAL, Bancontact and more, on their phone or desktop.

Can I see who paid?

Yes. Every paid link shows the amount, the moment of payment and the linked customer when known.

Can I refund a link payment?

Yes, fully or partly, from the same payments overview as all other transactions.
