A payout account is required
Like every payment on Nosweb, links need a connected and verified payout account.
Links can expire
Set an expiry so an old amount cannot be paid weeks later by mistake.
One-off links close after payment
A one-off link stops working once it is paid, so the same amount is never collected twice.
