Terms of service

1. Who we are

Nosweb is operated by Golden Roots Management LTD (“Nosweb”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, a business page or by using any part of the platform you agree to these terms. If you accept these terms on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are allowed to bind that company.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate details and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including actions by team members you invite. You must be legally allowed to run a business in your country and to offer the services you publish.

One person or company may hold one business account unless we agree otherwise in writing. Impersonating another business, or registering a name you have no rights to, is a serious breach of these terms.

3. Your content and your customers

You keep ownership of your texts, images, prices, products and customer data. You grant us the limited, worldwide, royalty-free right to host, cache, resize and display that content so your business page, bookings, messages and payments can work, and so your business can appear in Nosweb Discover and in search engines.

You are responsible for making sure your content is lawful, accurate and does not infringe anyone else's rights. Towards your own customers you are the data controller for the personal data you collect through Nosweb; we act as your processor for that data.

4. Acceptable use

• No illegal goods or services, fraud, money laundering, or misleading offers.
• No content that is hateful, violent, harassing or sexually exploitative.
• No spam, unsolicited bulk e-mail, fake reviews or manipulated ratings.
• No attempts to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the platform.
• No sharing of a demo or trial account to avoid paying for a plan.

We may hide, suspend or remove a business page that breaks these rules, withhold payouts linked to suspected fraud, and report serious abuse to the authorities.

5. Reviews, messages and moderation

Reviews are only published when the platform's conditions are met, and both sides may review each other. Chat messages are automatically screened for abuse, threats and spam; repeated violations lead to warnings and can end in a permanent chat block. You may not pay for, incentivise or fabricate reviews.

6. Payments to you

Payments from your customers are processed by our payment provider and paid out to the payout account you connect or verify. You are the merchant of record for your own sales: you set prices, deliver the service, and handle refunds, disputes, chargebacks and taxes. Payment processing fees and platform fees are charged in addition to your subscription and are shown before you send a payment request.

We may hold a payout when we need to verify your identity or bank details, when a dispute is open, or when we reasonably suspect fraud.

7. Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions renew automatically for the period you selected until you cancel. If a subscription payment fails we may pause payouts and restrict features after a grace period. Cancelling stops future charges; already-paid periods are not refunded unless required by law. Plan upgrades during a running period are charged pro-rata.

8. Availability

We work hard to keep the platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance and shown on our status page at nosweb.net/status.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the twelve months before the event. We are not liable for lost profit, lost customers, lost data or indirect damage. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Indemnity

You will hold Nosweb harmless against claims from your customers or third parties that arise from your content, your products or services, your tax position, or your breach of these terms.

11. Ending the agreement

You can delete your business and account at any time from your dashboard. We may end the agreement, with notice where reasonably possible, if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. You can export your data before deletion. Records of accepted agreements, invoices and payout history are kept for as long as the law requires, also after your account is deleted.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by e-mail or in the dashboard at least 30 days before they take effect. If you keep using Nosweb after that date, the new terms apply.

13. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of the country in which Golden Roots Management LTD is established, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your own country. Questions about these terms? Use the contact form at nosweb.net/contact.
