Appointments
- Slots come from your opening hours, service duration and buffer time — check all three if a time is missing.
- A day off or calendar block removes slots immediately.
- Customers reschedule or cancel through the link in their confirmation e-mail.
Payments & payouts
- Payouts go to your connected payout account; the first one can take a few working days.
- Refunds are issued from the payment overview, fully or partly.
- A blocked payout usually means your subscription payment failed — check billing first.
Domains & pages
- Every business gets a free nosweb.net/yourname page address.
- Own domain: point it at Nosweb from the Domains screen and wait for the DNS check.
- Changes to your page go live as soon as you publish.
Account & security
- Sign in with your e-mail address and password.
- Your user ID is shown in Settings if support asks for it.
- Team members get their own login with the role you choose.
